I commissioned a sizeable batch of Space Wolves for my custom Bloodmaws army and Mathew has absolutely brought my vision to life. The colour scheme, chapter details, individual character and snow-themed bases all come together brilliantly. Every model has clearly had a great deal of care and attention put into it. Communication throughout the commission was great, and I really appreciated the willingness to get the finer details right and make sure everything matched the vision I had in mind. The finished models look incredible, and I'm genuinely excited to get them on the tabletop. I'd highly recommend his services to anyone considering a commission, whether it's a few individual models or an entire army. I'll certainly be returning for future projects.

I have now used Matty's painting services on 4 separate occasions over the last 18 months, and there are multiple reasons why I keep coming back: his skill level is great, the communication is fluid, fast, and extremely detailed, plus he knows very well how to take onboard instructions and amendments. Finally, the care he puts in packaging the items safely is top-notch. I have already booked another commission with him for a few months down the line, which speaks to his success at the moment. I can only recommend him! A++

I contacted Matthew through his website after being impressed with it's layout and professionalism. I am pleased to say that my experience only got better. Matt is highly professional; communication is second to none (!) with constant updates via email and progress pictures throughout. I wanted to add some additional models to my commission halfway through and Matt was incredibly accomodating. He's so passionate and takes serious pride in his work, and this is reflected in the quality of the finished product. I would defintely use Suffolk Warpainting Studio again and recommend to family and friends looking for wargaming painting.

Matthew at Suffolk War Painting Studio has been outstanding from start to finish. Communication was easy, the website was intuitive, and the quality of the work is simply exceptional. I commissioned a set of Space Wolves for my son’s 10th birthday, and he absolutely loves them. The level of detail is incredible, from the runes and wolf’s heads on the axe to the bolters, Space Wolf insignia and intricate Terminator armour. Even the little touches of frost and grass on the bases make a difference. The models genuinely exceeded expectations, and seeing my son’s reaction made it all the more worthwhile. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Matthew to anyone looking for a high-quality painting commission. Outstanding work and a brilliant experience throughout.
