Question 1 - How does a commission work?? - Simply fill out the contact form, Matt will send you a quote normally within 24 hours, with the cost, how long it will take and when we will be able to start it. you accept the quote by clicking the bottom of the quote and pay the 25% deposit and send your miniatures to the studio. We paint them to the specifications you have requested and we will give you updates via email with pictures so you can make any changes along the way. ( Any major changes might incur additional charges) Once you have signed of the miniatures, We will send them back to you normally via Royal Mail 48 hour special delivery service.
Question 2 - How do I pay? - Once you have been agreed to the quote, you will be sent an invoice for the 25% and you can pay via our website using all different types of payment methods from card payments, google pay and apple pay.
Question 3 - Why do I need to pay a deposit?? - The deposit is to secure your date in the studio and to get any supplies we might need ready.
Question 4 - What happens if I change my mind and no longer want the commission? -Things change we get that, that is why we give you 48 hours from when you accepted the quote to cancel before losing your 25% deposit after that the deposit is non refundable as set out in our terms and conditions.
